Customers may always choose to pay tolls or violations directly to the issuing agency without using our services.

3. Authorization to Act as Agent

By submitting toll bills, violation notices, vehicle details, or payment information to us, you expressly authorize Tolls and Ticket Support Services LLC to act as your limited administrative agent for the purposes of:

1. Accessing tolling or municipal portals using the information you provide
2. Reviewing account balances and violation details
3. Submitting payments or dispute documentation on your behalf

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to authorize work on the vehicle(s) and accounts provided.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure ticket numbers, license plates, and vehicle details are correct
• Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation

We are not responsible for penalties, late fees, or enforcement actions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

5. Service Fees & Payments

Our charges consist of two separate components:

1. Service Fee – covers administrative work, auditing, dispute preparation, and processing
2. Ticket / Toll Cost – the actual amount owed to the issuing authority

Service fees are clearly disclosed before payment and are separate from government charges.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on a dedicated page.

In summary:

• Service fees become non-refundable once work has begun
• Ticket or toll amounts are refundable only if not yet paid to the issuing agency

7. No Legal Advice

We do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Any dispute assistance we provide is administrative in nature and does not constitute legal counsel.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for government processing delays
• We are not responsible for denied disputes or appeals
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid to us for the specific transaction

9. Data Usage & Privacy
