If you cancel before we transfer funds to the issuing authority, the full ticket or toll amount will be refunded.
Once a toll or fine has been paid to the government or toll authority on your behalf, that amount cannot be refunded by us.
Any refund of the fine itself must be requested directly from the issuing agency.
