This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Tolls and Ticket Support Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://tollsandticket.us (the “Site”).

Our pricing structure consists of two separate components, which are treated differently for refund purposes:

  1. Service Fee – Covers administrative work such as auditing violations, preparing disputes, managing accounts, and processing payments.
  2. Ticket / Toll Cost – The actual amount owed to a government or tolling authority.

These charges are clearly disclosed before payment.

2. Service Fee Refund Policy

The Service Fee compensates us for time, labor, and administrative resources.

Full Refund (Before Work Begins)

You are eligible for a 100% refund of the Service Fee if you cancel your request before our team has begun reviewing, auditing, or processing your submission.

Non-Refundable (After Work Begins)

Once any of the following actions have occurred, the Service Fee is considered earned and is non-refundable, even if the outcome is unsuccessful:

  • Verification of ticket or toll details
  • Review or audit of violation information
  • Preparation or submission of dispute documentation
  • Initiation of payment or account access

3. Ticket & Toll Payment Refund Policy

Funds collected for tolls or fines are handled separately from service fees.

Refund Before Payment to Agency

If you cancel before we transfer funds to the issuing authority, the full ticket or toll amount will be refunded.

No Refund After Payment

Once a toll or fine has been paid to the government or toll authority on your behalf, that amount cannot be refunded by us.
Any refund of the fine itself must be requested directly from the issuing agency.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs (for example, you pay us and also pay the agency directly):

  • You must provide proof of direct payment
  • We will refund the duplicate amount
  • A small processing fee may be deducted if required by payment processor rules

5. Cancellations by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

  • Incorrect or misleading information is provided
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected
  • Use of the service violates applicable laws or regulations

In such cases, refunds will be handled according to the status of work completed.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Refunds are not issued based on:

  • The outcome of a dispute or appeal
  • Government decisions or delays
  • Rejection of a dispute by an issuing authority

Our service fee covers administrative work, not guaranteed results.
